Ready for FINALS?
Our finals is a tough one, aside from the fact that it is departmental, there are also topics that has not yet been discussed and it is expected to come out on the day of our exams. And that only means that I really have to study and make a big effort to understand every sentence in my reviewers.
So far, we have five final exams that I have to get ready and study for.
A lot of students think just because it is the end of the semester that it is alright to take a break or even begin to be lazy, but that is not so. Starting to prepare and go over notes would be a wise choice for people who want to get high scores on exams.
The main thing about preparing for finals exams is going over the information and knowing it very well. On the exam, there might be a question about something and be worded differently. An important reason in studying is sacrificing time. Sometimes I have to sacrifice watching TV, taking naps, and going out with friends. Doing various activities that is not important can affect my studying. Doing well on a final exam is very important because it counts more than one time and it can help students that are in danger of failing.
I have my lists of steps here on
how to rule the school with surefire ways of acing the exams!
Step 1.
* Have a study plan and Follow it if you can.
There is no reason why we should cram. If we plan effectively, we'll be able to study a few hours a day until our exam. This will make it easier for us to retain the information we need.
Step 2.
* Time never runs out. When you're and about.
Our brain can only handle so much information at a given time. Give yourself a five minute break for every 30 minutes of studying. This way your brain wont be too tired to think.\
Step 3.
* Mind over matter makes us smarter.
There are many ways to improve our memory.
Step 4.
* Dont you dare NOT prepare.
On the night before the exam, the most important of all is to be stress free. Give yourself a lot of positive feedback, and it will make you feel confident and relaxed during the exam.
Step 5.
* If you do your BEST, you'll remember the rest.
GOODLUCK TO ALL OF US. GODBLESS US ALWAYS :-)
my favorite pal :)

SpongeBob SquarePants is an American animated television series and media franchise. It is currently one of Nickelodeons and Nicktoons most watched shows. In 2007, it was named by TIME as one of the greatest television shows of all time. Although its original network is Nickelodeon. SpongeBob is now broadcast across the world. It was created by artist, animator and former marine biologists, Stephen Hillenberg, and is produced through his production company, United Plankton Pictures, Inc.
-> Spongebob is a sea sponge who lives in a pineapple under the sea. A very friendly and optimistic Sea Sponge that loves krabby patties, jellyfishing, karate, and blowing bubbles.
Sandy Cheeks is another friend of SpongeBob. She is a squirrel that lives in an underwater dome in Bikini Bottom. She was sent there by her bosses, chimpanzees. Sandy is from Texas, and speaks with a Texan accent. Sandy is an expert at Karate. Sometimes she gets a little home-sick and sings a little song. When not inside her tree-dome, she wears an astronaut-like suit because she cannot breathe in water.
Instead of cars the residents of Bikini Bottom drive boats. SpongeBob is still in boating school after failing the driving test over seventy-two times.
SpongeBob and his friends live in the underwater city of BIKINI BOTTOM. Bikini Bottom is like a regular city with a downtown, suburbs, coastal areas, its own airport, bus system, and fair park. Stephen Hillenburg said once that Bikini Bottom was loosely based on Seattle, Washington.
SpongeBob SquarePants is the only cartoon to consistently make the Top 10 list in the Nielsen Ratings, and is the first "low budget" Nickelodeon Cartoon according to the network, to become extremely popular. Low-budget cartoons had not garnered as much esteem as higher-rated (and higher-budgeted) shows, such as Rugrats, although when SpongeBob SquarePants aired in 1999, it had gained a significant enough number of viewers in the ratings to be considered popular, eventually becoming more popular than Rugrats had ever been.
GREAT JOB SPONGEBOB :-)
The Unrelenting Goodness of True Friendship..
I know it’s been a while since all of us talked. I know it’s difficult with the distance. Sometimes when I sit back, I remember things we used to do and say; funny things, sad things, wacky things… memorable things. And I smile.I smile when I remember how all of us met. Such a coincidence. Who would have thought in a hundred years that we would have clicked so quickly. Different people, from different places, different backgrounds - so different and yet so alike.
And yet, we did click. We became fast friends. The messages flew back and forth ever so quickly. And we grew to know and like who we are. We accepted each other more than anyone else has ever done.
You guys helped me up when I was down. You made me laugh when all I wanted to do was cry. You all loved me when I didn’t feel loved. All of you were there for me when I thought I was all alone.
YOU CARE..
And as I sit here, doing this special blog, remembering and smiling, I know that I will always feel this warm and happy inside whenever I think of the Friendship we've started ever since we step up to high school.
All of you girls are the utmost definition of the word "friends" and I am truly blessed to have all of you in my life.
THANK YOU. AND I REALLY MISS YOU.
the newly found FRIENDS :)
This photo was one of my favorite photo ever. As far as I can remember, this shot was taken by Catlin, during our break. haha! :) Cheche and I strike a pose while Wendy, (oops! what happened to her?) haha! yeah right! she bumped her head on my butt. And that spoof really made this photo so funny and memorable for me!This is just a beginning of a funny and unbeatable friendship between us. And I'm so excited for the next happenings that will surely make me laugh all over again. (more photos to come too!)
One last thing, i will surely miss them! Sembreak is near to come, and that only means we have to partake each other for a while. Just always keep in touch girls! and always remember this:
I SUPER LOVE YOU :)
BOYS: FRIEND OR FRENEMY?
Boys were a whole new frontier - scary, exciting, and different.
Thing is I had it all wrong. Instead of worrying whether or not I was ready for a boyfriend, I should've just relaxed and kicked back with my boyfriends. And while beating anyone - girl or boy- at any game is pretty great, beating a super athletic boy at a sport is infinitely more satisfying. (Okay, I admit, it was basketball.)
Here's my theory:
Yes, boys are different from us girls, but thats exactly why being friends with them is one of the best parts of growing up. Because they're so different from us, just hanging out with them lets see the world and ourselves in a whole new light. They challenge us to try new things and beat them, they appreciate in us the things we take for granted like how were such good listeners and give the best advice, and they encourage us to step out of our comfort zone.
And thats what this all about - celebrating the differences between boys and girls, and learning from them. There were so many worthy boys who were eager to know us better, girls. :)
My Dream Guy - DANIEL RADCLIFFE :-)

He's gorgeous! (everyone agrees!), he's talented, and he has millions of adoring fans! He's a pop icon, primarily because he brings to life the main character of one of the most popular works of fiction in history, "Harry Potter" who earned almost 900 million dollars worldwide, and his performance as a disturbed stable hand in the play Equus has garnered rave reviews from critics and theater-goers alike.
Oh, He's such a perfect gentleman, and his signature intense gaze is powerful enough to cast a spell on anyone who encounters it. Oh, and have i mentioned he's gorgeous?
haha :-)
To my surprise, there are few things that I probably don't know about him yet. And i want this to share with you.
Like the fact that he finds it amusing how his fans are often disappointed that he's "much shorter in real life." (whaaaaat??) :) The fact that he was unhappy in prep school, but now has an amazing tutor who has given him a lasting love of learning. And the fact that he's set to marry Katie Leung sometime next year - oops! just kidding!
Seriously, Dan is such a complex, interesting individual that although so much has been said about him, people still can't seem to stop talking.
And here are my seven favorite not-so-widely-known facts about him:
- He thinks he's rubbish with girls. [ btw, DAN doesn't have a girlfriend. haha!]
- ...And he thinks other guys are just faking it. "When its your first crush, It's not just crush- you loooove her," he tells.
- He has some really wild fans. His admirers can get pretty crazy- aside from the shrieking and swooning, they've hurdled underwear at him, held up banners proclaiming, "Mrs. Radcliffe is here," and tried to climb into his limo.
- ...But he doesn't seem to get what all the fuss is about.
- He kissed Katie Leung 30 times. No that's not a typo, the kissing scene took 30 times before they finally got it right! "Daniel is a very good kisser." Yeah, i bet he is!
- He's a frustrated Rock star!
- He's involved in a worthy cause. He firmly believes in his chosen charity's special cause: "Adding life to days when days cannot be added to life."
You're the man, DAN! :-)
Let's start here..
- Discover your true passion.
- Find the perfect girl or boy for you.
- Get into a good college.
- Meet your soul sister.
- Shine in your spotlight.
- They all sound fabulous, don't they?
Here's the best part. We have it in ourselves to make every last one of these dreams come true. So lets jump start our dreams right here, right now. And grow that much closer to being the amazing girl we're meant to be.
So here it is:
"10 Steps Closer to Getting What you Want"
- DREAM BIG! none of us were made to be average. :)
- Know your true worth! you are only pretty, smart, strong or talented as you believe you are.
- There's a first time for everything. When you finally make the first step, all the amazing things will follow.
- Don't let your worries and fears get the best of you. With a positive attitude, nothing can bring you down!
- Having commitment and confidence will take you to your heart's desire.
- Take baby steps into becoming the person you want to.
- Listen to your heart! its just as important as what your head is telling you.
- Always move forward. Don't let setbacks get the best of you.
- Be authentic and passionate in everything you do.
- To be a STAR, act like ONE.
BOOKS VS. BOYS?
If having a crush makes you a better person then why not make time for both?
"BOOKS BEFORE BOYS" - that's true, but if you learn to balance your studies and your social life, then you'll earn the right to rephrase the rule and say, "BOOKS and then BOYS."
A healthy crush can brighten your day and boost your mood. And having crushes helps you put together a profile of your future Mr. Right.
At its best, a good crush will inspire you to improve yourself and develop those same admirable qualities you noticed in your crush in the first place. :)
crush. crush. crush :-)
So, let’s talk about crushes.
My very first crush was way back in the fifth grade. He was my classmate, but we were both very shy and rarely talked to each other. I liked him because he was cute, smart, and had nice handwriting — but mostly because I found out that he had had a crush on me since the third grade. Hehe. (Hey, don’t judge me—I was only eleven that time!)
I don’t know where he is now, because we lost touch when he moved away to a place way up North, a place we shall hide under the codename City of Pines. Hahaha! I’d like to be able to talk to him now and ask him how he’s doing, and probably thank him for seeing in me somebody worth admiring even when I had bad hair and clothes that never seemed to hug my skinny frame. I’d also like to ask him this:
“If you met me now, instead of 5 years earlier, would you still like me?” And then maybe we can finally be friends.
uhhh. puppy love. haha. :)
THE STYLE FILES
GUYS according to GUYS:
How do males size up others of their kind?
CLOTHES:
-> Labels and price tags count, whether they admit or not. And so do colors: it takes a true-blue pogi boy to wear pink.
WHEELS:
-> If he drives a Japanese econobox ( old Honda civic, old Mitsu lancer, Toyota Vios, etc.), he’s okay, if he picks you up in a Euro car, daddy must love him a lot. If he cruises around in a bicycle… well, he should have a great personality.
SPORTS:
-> How does this dude work up a sweat? If he plays basketball, soccer, maybe badminton:
- Astig. If he’s into table tennis, bowling, running: - Pwede na.
If he prefers chess, checkers, Chinese jackstones: - Patay.
CAMARADERIE:
-> If he can hang out with the gang, keep secrets, keep up ( or at least ride along) with conversations about cars, the highlights of the latest NBA game, and girls – he’s in like Flynn. If he’s a bit sensitive, maybe he can find his rightful place with the, ahem, “emo kidz”.
If he’s got attitude and cant seem to get along with anybody, then that means he’s destined for a sad, sad lie, one you don’t really want to share.
